Jamie Salisbury is Vice President at Consolidated Divisions Incorporated and Operations Executive for TEX Environmental. He brings more than 24 years of construction experience, including 18 years with CDI, across commercial, industrial, government, transportation, energy, mining, and development projects. Known for his field leadership, practical problem-solving, and commitment to safety and quality, Jamie has led projects across 15 states in roles including estimator, project manager, superintendent, and operations executive.

James DeGrado is the founder of CDI, Natures Workforce, and TEX Environmental. For more than 30 years, he has dedicated his career to building lasting relationships, delivering quality work, and helping clients successfully complete challenging environmental and construction projects. James believes that trust, communication, and accountability are the foundation of every successful partnership. His hands-on approach and commitment to doing what he says he will do have earned the confidence of clients, colleagues, and industry partners throughout his career.
